4. Purchases and Payments Your coaching package is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and unused sessions are non-refundable.

Payment will be charged immediately upon purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is completed, after which you are welcome to contact us (info [@] griefcoach.co.uk) to schedule your session(s).

A personal link to a page showing the status of your coaching package — including the number of sessions used and remaining — will be sent to your email after your first session is booked.

All prices listed are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Refund Policy We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, except where the product is a digital download or part of a coaching session package. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Unused sessions for coaching are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability Wallentins Aps shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or services.
